Why are prices in different currencies?+
Listings run on USD and LBP. Every listing is stored in the currency it was actually priced in, and we convert to your display currency at a platform rate kept in line with the live market, always labelled approximate. Switch currency any time in the header.
What does 'fresh USD' mean?+
'Fresh' or 'cash' dollars trade differently from 'bank dollars' in Lebanon and materially affect price, so listings can flag which they mean.
How do I contact an agent?+
Open any listing and use WhatsApp, call, message, or request a viewing. WhatsApp is the fastest — it's the primary channel here.
Is the exact address shown?+
Only the neighbourhood is shown publicly. The full address is shared once you enquire, to protect owners' privacy.
Are these real listings?+
Yes — every listing is posted by a real agency, agent or owner and reviewed by our team before it goes live. If something looks wrong, report it from the listing page and we'll take care of it.
