We built NAKIL to change that: every listing in one calm place, real prices in the currency they were set in, the details that matter here — generator, water, view — up front, and the agent one tap away. Built in Beirut, for the way this region actually rents, buys and sells.
What makes it different
Prices are stored in their real currency and converted at a rate kept in line with the live market, always labelled approximate. Location is a hierarchy of governorate, district and quarter — not a broken postcode. Generator, water, elevator and view sit at the top of every listing, because here they decide things.
